3rd Annual PHX Brew Party Beer Entries

The 3rd Annual Brew Party is coming up and we are looking for a few good brews. If you're up for the challenge and can bring a brew, register here by picking up a "beer entry" ticket. As we get closer, we'll send you details about how to set-up your beer at the event.

Please look over the Official rules and guidelines below before entering your Brew:

This year's Categories:

best all-around beer (judged)
most creative brew (judged)
best first brew (judged)
best label (judged)
PHX's choice brew (voted by the people)

* awards will be given to the winner of each category


Rules/Guidelines:

• You can brew any type of beer using any process (kit, extract, all-grain, original recipe) While the styles/processes of brew won't be separated for judging - the judges will be aware of the type/process of your brew

• You must bring a full-batch of beer to be entered for competition (at least 4 gallons)

• Beers can be kegged or bottled

• All entered beers must have a label design (labels don't have to be on the bottles, but we need one design on 8.5/11 paper to frame for competition.)

• Labels are due before 11/7 to allow for framing/setup by event coordinators

• Best Beer, Most Creative Beer, Best First Brew, and Best Label will all be judged by the official Brewparty judges. PHX's Choice Brew will be voted on by the party guests (each vote will cost $1 with all proceeds going to charity)

• Each Brewer is responsible for their own dispensing equipment & set-up. Contact the event coordinators if you need to borrow something for your brew. Equipment supplies are limited. (ie. CO2, taps, coolers, etc.) The event coordinators will provide ice and cups.

• Each brewer is encouraged creatively set-up his/her display and/or equipment to enhance presentation of their beer
